This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

Swiggy Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Swiggy”, “Instamart”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate, amend or extend, modify, add, or remove portions of this terms & conditions or this Campaign (defined below), at any time without any prior written notice to You. 

By participating in this Campaign, all participant User(s)(defined below) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”), the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other relevant Swiggy policies and documentations that are available on www.swiggy.com and on its mobile application (“Platform”) including any modifications, alterations or updates that We make (together “Swiggy T&C’s”).

  1. Details of the Campaign:  

Tohfa Hunt Coupon Code Campaign (“Campaign”) commences at 11:00 AM on 14th of February  2025 and will remain live until 06:00 PM on 14th of February 2025 or until all coupons have been discovered as per the terms and conditions mentioned below, whichever is earlier (“Campaign Period”) on Swiggy Instamart’s LinkedIn page at https://www.linkedin.com/company/swiggy-instamart/ (“Swiggy Instamart LinkedIn Handle”). Entry to this Campaign is only open to LinkedIn users having access to, and who follow the Swiggy Instamart’s LinkedIn Handle, who participate in the Campaign (hereinafter referred to as “You”, “Your” or “User”) subject to and in accordance with the T&Cs mentioned below –

  1. The Campaign will be conducted during the Campaign Period
  2. Steps to participate
    1. You must follow Swiggy Instamart’s LinkedIn Handle
    2. You must follow the specific instructions provided in the posts (as applicable) on the Swiggy Instamart LinkedIn Handle (“Prompt”).
    3. Upon finding the hidden code(s), you must re-post the Linkedin post containing the code on your personal linkedin handle and tag Swiggy Instamart’s Linkedin Handle in the post. 
    4. Discovery of a code for the purposes of this Campaign can only be attributed to the User who finds it and re-posts it first as per (iii) above. Each code is unique, and only the first 10 users to find a distinct code will be recognized for their discovery.
  1. Subject to these T&Cs, the first ten (10) users who meet the criteria stated above  will be eligible  to win the Prize defined below.  (“Winners”). 
  2. The Winners may, subject to the T&Cs be eligible to receive prize stated below (“Prize”):
  3. Coupon worth INR 2,500 redeemable on Swiggy Instamart. Each coupon can only be redeemed once. A single user can only win one Prize.  The coupon will be governed by the terms and conditions of such coupon thereof. The coupon cannot be utilized for purchasing certain items including but not limited to tobacco, infant food, ghee, milk, butter, & probiotic drinks categories.
  1. The Prize will be non-transferable. 
  1. To be eligible to participate in the Campaign, You need to also fulfill the following criteria:
    1. You are competent to contract as mandated by the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and shall be of minimum 18 years of age;
    2. You shall be in compliance of and adhere to all applicable laws and regulations; 
  1. Relevant terms and conditions:
  1. The Campaign will be live during the Campaign Period.
  2. We, in our sole discretion will ascertain the winners based on the criteria stated hereunder.
  3. User must have a public profile on LinkedIn.
  4. The Winner understands that they cannot commercially exploit the Prize in any manner and the Prize shall be used for their personal use and consumption only. The Winner cannot sell the Prize to any third party for any consideration whether in cash or in kind. 
  5. The User explicitly consents, understands and agrees that their name, post, Prompt, LinkedIn handle may be reposted by Swiggy through Swiggy Instamart LinkedIn Handle and the aforesaid may be used by Swiggy for promotional activities. 
  6. The Users should respond to the messages from Swiggy Instamart LinkedIn page. In the event the User does not respond to the message within one hour, he will not be eligible to win the Prize. 
  7. By participating in this Campaign, you consent to share your name, email ID and phone number with Us, Our agents, any third parties we may have a tie-up to facilitate this Campaign. 
  8. No responsibility is accepted for entries that are late, lost, misdirected or not received by Us during the Campaign Period. 
  9. Any operating or ancillary costs, if any, associated with the Prize is the sole responsibility of the Winner.
  10. The Users understand that We do not make any assurances as to the probability of winning in this Campaign. 
  11. Reentry by a User will not be accepted. The User understands and agrees that a User can be a Winner only once during this Campaign.
  12. We do not collect any participation fees for the Campaign. 
  13. Participation in the Campaign is entirely voluntary and participation will be construed as an acceptance of the Swiggy T&C’s .
  14. There is no cash alternative to the benefits hereunder. Further, such benefits do not give any additional guarantee or warranty regarding the products sold on the Swiggy app and are non-transferable. 
  15. In the event of any queries relating to the Campaign, You may reach out to Us through the ‘Contact Us’ section on the Swiggy application and website.
  16. This Campaign is not valid in the state of Tamil Nadu and for any User from the state of Tamil Nadu. The same shall be a disqualification to the Campaign. The Campaign is valid for all other cities serviceable by Instamart during the Campaign Period. 
  1. In addition to other requirements in these T&Cs, entries must not contain anything unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, defamatory, malicious, or breaching any third party’s intellectual property rights. We also reserve the right to disqualify from the Campaign any User, who, We have reason to believe has breached these T&Cs, Swiggy T&C’s, engaged in any unlawful or improper misconduct or is in breach of LinkedIn’s terms & conditions of use or is in breach of applicable law. 
  2. Swiggy shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising due to participation by any User in the Campaign, whether direct or indirect. 
  3. We assume no responsibility for any technical error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay, loss or damage in the operation of the website and/or participation in the Campaign. If for any reason the Campaign is not capable of being run as planned, due to causes beyond the reasonable control of Us, We may modify, suspend, terminate or recommence the Campaign without any further notice.
  4. You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Swiggy harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Swiggy as a consequence of (i) violation of the terms of this T&Cs or any other policy by You; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on Your part; (iv) violation of any third party’s rights and/ (v) violation of LinkedIn’s terms & conditions of use (vi) any third party claims.
  5. These T&Cs shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under these T&Cs.
  6. Under no circumstance shall Swiggy and/or their directors, employees, officers, affiliates or subsidiaries, be liable to the User and/or any third party for any lost profits or lost opportunity, indirect, special, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages whatsoever, even if Swiggy has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
